- Searching of existing ’post placement support’ services;
- Extensive internal database search;
- Advertising if required through numerous website search engines and written advertisements.
Once we have located suitable applicants, we are able to conduct:
- Extensive pre-screening of applicants;
- Interviewing of suitable candidates against established selection criteria;
- Reference checking (with senior/valid referees);
- Skill testing of applicants (where required);
- Psychometric testing and Employment Profiling;
- Candidate summation (for those short listed) that addresses their suitability and match to key selection criteria.
All successful applicants placed by Mentor come with a guarantee (conditions apply).
