By visiting the site and creating a job summary (if a position description is not available) outlining the key selection criteria, we ensure a successful placement whether it is for a day, a week or a year. All Mentor casual employees undergo a thorough and in-depth induction program. Our full induction program covers the following topics:
- Mentor policies & procedures;
- Employee responsibilities / safety input;
- Safe work practices;
- Personal protective equipment;
- Emergency procedures;
- Accident / incident reporting;
- Unacceptable behaviour.
The Mentor management and consulting team are also able to work in conjunction with our clients to develop and implement onsite induction programs as required.
All associated on-costs such as WorkCover, Superannuation etc. are covered by Mentor during the labour hire period. You will receive a weekly itemised tax invoice for the employee(s) provided by Mentor.
